      Pros

      Compensation is higher than average for the local market, but when it comes time for a RIF, you are on the chopping block.

      Cons

      Job security is zero based on Jeff's whims and his lieutenants that are trying to run the company like SpaceX lite.

      Pros

      Pay well for the area. Interesting problems.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs on 2/13, just weeks after a successful launch. What a reward!? Blue is currently hiring for roles similar to those laid off. Gross. The CEO claimed he was getting rid of middle management and bureaucracy but laid off individual contributors. I'm very skeptical Blue will hit its next goals, given many of those affected were working on them.
