      Good pay, very interesting work, enjoyable team members, good “immediate” managers

      Cons

      The culture is rapidly changing to become like SpaceX, hours getting longer and despite high turnover you’re expected to do the work faster than before with less support. Complete removal of remote work despite your team often times being spread across the country so you sit on Teams all day anyway
