Pros

Exciting company mission and projects. Solid company values and leveling. Solid vacation available on day 1. Talented teams.

Cons

Company is slow to deliver on sometimes overly lofty goals. There doesn’t seem to be clear accountability for delivering results at an organizational level. Company has strong push to work from the office, even when your team is based at other sites. Often, office feels more like a call center.

Pros

Salaries are competitive with others in the industry.

Cons

Allowing hourly employees to "work from home" contributes to this company falling behind in the race to space. Jeff Bezos should take note of how his money is being invested.

Pros

It used to be a good place to work

Cons

You will be fired if you don’t commute into the office five days a week. Tenure, work production, and manager opinion do not matter anymore. New policy being strictly enforced
