      Pros

      Awesome work and a lot of tangible achievements once we start launching again. Cool emerging tech on the horizon in an exponential growth industry. Employees are intelligent and happy to train one another. Cutting edge manufacturing technology and a lot of vertical integration. Roles for almost every engineering discipline. Lots of internal resources for information. More transparency throughout the org than other aerospace primes. Plenty of business resource groups and office events. Nice offices including snacks and espresso. Great pay and benefits. Well funded.

      Cons

      I see a lot of negative reviews and complaints on here. Almost everyone I work with and talk to in the company loves Blue. It seems the reviews are skewed because the few disgruntled employees are outspoken and content employees don't feel the need to air what's going on inside our (somewhat covert) company. I honestly don't have any cons. People work hard (especially certain programs), but we believe in our mission and work with purpose. For context I worked at other big aerospace/manufacturing firms prior to this.

      Pros

      Room for creativity, ownership, hands-on experience with hardware, opportunities to learn and grow in a research and development space, or early production of flight hardware. Literally doing things for the first time.

      Cons

      Remarkably inefficient and dysfunctional at an organizational level. Completely unreasonable and unattainable schedule constraints. Poor lines of communication. Poor leadership practices.

      Great Company Culture with Process Growing Pains

      Pros

      - very smart, motivated, and mission-passionate workforce - company culture - good upper leadership - opportunities for growth - supportive work environment and generally good middle management - fast-paced and exciting work

      Cons

      - very immature processes and stovepiping between business units and departments within them - lots of disparate tools and reinventing the wheel - compensation is fair but not generous - workload/work life balance can be very heavy at times but this may just be my team - upper leadership does their best, but sometimes are given unrealistic goals/mandates from founder that get passed down the chain in ways that actual hinder operations - supply chain org. everything about it
