Great co-workers Solid Pay Decent PTO and Benefits Going into the 2022 fiscal year we got several key improvements in benefits presumably to curb attrition, which was a big issue in 2021 They include -2 extra days of PTO and 1 extra company holiday -salary "adjsutment" -Tuition reimbursement for continuing education

Unclear messaging on WFH Workload very dependent on team/manager (I got lucky, only do around40hr/wk)
