      Pros

      Pay is in-line with other space companies, scales go a bit higher but you will likely get lowballed. You do get to build spaceflight hardware, and work with cutting edge equipment. Time off is great- 4 weeks PTO, 14 holidays (6 fixed, 8 floating)

      Cons

      Blue is all about asking more and giving less. Every perk of working there is slowly fading away. Management is completely disconnected, senior management may as well be on another planet.

      - Great people at the ground level/boots on the ground - Cool factory - Decent pay

      Cons

      - Incompetent management - Cutthroat culture of ladder climbing - More focused on leveling than launching - Endless corporate jargon and buzzwords from leadership - Way too many irons in the fire; no single priority across the company - Different business units act like isolated companies; no cross-department collaboration or communication - Enterprise tools are hodgepodge and led by horrible management - Boys club culture amongst leadership - Leaders continue to fail up (particularly in ET) - Expensive swag - No real culture - No equity for employees
