      Exciting mission. Working on projects that get worldwide attention is cool. Great pay. Contemporary work culture. Recommend if you can handle chaos and thrive in fast pace.

      Cons

      Chaotic. Lots of program direction changes. Unpredictable. Less than stellar work life balance. Experiences vary widely as some teams are effectively managed and some are not. Don't recommend if you get easily frustrated and prefer predictability.
