      Pros

      Millions of people living an working in space for the benefit of Earth is a great goal. This was my dream job, but the dream became a nightmare.

      Cons

      No QA in software dev process. As soon as your merge request is approved, you can send software to prod. They hired 3 QA people in 2022 but they only wrote white papers and they laid them off late 2023. Software bugs could kill people and no one cares.
