      There are pockets of teams at Blue that are composed of stellar folks who are extremely passionate. Lot's of exciting opportunities, with room for career growth at an exponential rate. No formal HR process for promotion, it's primarily sorrounded around networking internally in the company. So if you're an independent person, you'll do well.
