Pros

Decent work life balance depending heavily on what you do and the boundaries you set.

Cons

Corporate culture. Slow. Too many people want to be involved in making decisions which slows you down. Too many processes. Lacking extreme ownership mentality across company. Stock options are a complete joke. Yearly compensation adjustments lacking in incentives to tackle aggressive schedule and goals, barely covers inflation. Always wanting more out of employee performance but not willing to incentivize(stock options are expiring without ability to purchase shares granted)

Pros

People have heard of Blue.

Cons

When applying elsewhere it was viewed as a red flag because of assumption that working at Blue is slow. The output is slow, but there are so many people working hard for very little too show. The lack of output is due to mismanagement and not individual contributors.
