      Incredible opportunity, amazing 401(k) performance. Hired top notch individual contributors who make excellent co-workers. Inspiring mission and successful sales… huge issues are being resolved, and core dysfunctions are being unwound… it takes time and patience, but it’s happening. Diversity and inclusion efforts are the best I’ve witnessed… though may be limited to certain areas / roles.

      Cons

      “Bias for Action” has been misinterpreted as, “Don’t ask around about precedent… Quick! Reinvent the wheel!” Businesses and sites need to communicate and learn from each other. Simplify roles and processes around best practices. Engineers tend to over complicate things to appear smart, but that doesn’t lead to fast-paced commercial manufacturing. (Which has been around for over 100 years… just because it’s aerospace doesn’t mean you need to reinvent everything.)
