Pros

Pretty chill; hours may vary depending on the phase of the program. The people are nice, smart, and easy to work with.

Cons

Engines is harder to be promoted in compared to other business units. Work/life has shifted significantly since the layoffs, and culture and morale has taken a big hit.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and develop your skill set. The people I worked with were enjoyable.

Cons

Be prepared to work 50+ hours a week. There are lots of last minute very tight deadline asks that will require working overtime. Overtime is not compensated.
