Pros

People that you work with quickly become like family. The pay is great given industry standards, I'm definitely not complaining. There are free snacks, coffee, and drinks. Benefits are decent and you have the option of either HDHP or PPO health plans. The mission of millions of people living & working in space is admirable and it's something that gives me purpose and excitement to be a part of.

Cons

Management struggles at times to listen to the boots on the ground, but at the same time it happens from the bottom up. There are good managers and there are bad managers in this field, just like there are good technicians and there are bad technicians. The company has grown massively over the past year and this has contributed to some growing pains which is to be expected. The boots on the ground need to also understand that we have to have a sense of urgency, as well as working on improvement in our efficiency and throughput capabilities.
