      I am a better engineer for having worked here.

      Cons

      Management is absolute chaos. Turnover reigns supreme as old aerospace CEO brings in old aerospace tag-alongs. Company has lost sight of the mission. The amount of churn and lack of process is phenomenal. The worst of both worlds between new-school and old-school aerospace. No real project management happens. Chaos abounds.

      Pros

      Intelligent co-workers who make the job bearable! Soda machines and you can bring your dog to work.

      Cons

      Everything else. There is a reason the CEO rating is what is it. Leadership is so out of touch with their employees. They say one thing and do something else. The hours are long. Attrition rate is very high. No flexibility unless you are special. Bob Smith needs to retire or just go away.

      Pros

      - Cool stuff - vision is cutting edge, although not achievable in the lifetime of 20 generations!! - Employees play a part in space technology.

      Cons

      - Dismal leadership focused on becoming "big aero." - Wasting Bezos' money - he sells millions of shares of Amazon to fund a pipe dream. Use the money to solve world peace, or hunger. - Co-workers back stab you - say one thing to you, then follow a completely different path. - Turnover in the 20%+ range!! That only happens in Venezuela and Cuba. - CEO claims he's the "smartest person in the company" and therefore should make all the decisions. Hmmm, so much for building "bench strength."
