Exciting place to be

Business Outlook

Pros

An overall fun place with a good atmosphere. The company has a strong sense of urgency but generally good work-life balance. Simultaneously too much red and and also not nearly enough. Employees are generally pretty happy and enjoy their jobs, but at the same time there will be no shortage of frustrated rants.

Cons

Some parts of the company are great places to be, others can be a grind (project/team/manager based) and its hard to know until you're in the door. But the unhappy people are generally in the minority.

Not a Tech Company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The pace isn't as crazy as you will find at a tech company and it has more of an aerospace culture rather than a tech culture. But the mission is incredible and you will meet many smart people.

Cons

The drive from Seattle to Kent can take up to 45 minutes and it's often hard to find parking.
