Pros

Very vibrant workplace where everyone is enthusiastic and immediately assumed to be extremely competent and knowledgeable; lots of opportunity for ownership and growth. Most areas provide good work/life balance (especially if you take responsibility for setting those boundaries). Feels safe to be a visibly diverse employee, gender/race/religion/sexuality, HR takes complaints seriously.

Cons

You need some tolerance for chaos, and being ready to be the person to notice a system you may consider “standard” should be implemented or improved, and being the one to do it. Definite growing pains with recent rapid expansion, supports for new employees are only now being implemented, only slightly above industry standard for number of women engineers which while better is still… lonely

Pros

Lots of opportunities to move around the company.

Cons

Has become a big aerospace company. No real family culture, unless you are lucky to have a great supervisor and a solid team.
