      Awesome problems to solve, some super talented folks

      Cons

      Blue Origin will be a case study in executive incompetence in MBA classes in the decades to come. The CEO took over a somewhat slow and deliberate but effective team and drove it in to the ground by hiring a senior team made exclusively of leadership from the very 'old aerospace ' companies Blue was helping to disrupt. The only way to get promoted is to be former Big Aerospace. New space, forget about career advancement.
