Pros

The work environment is very start-up-y. You have a defined role but within that, what you do and don't do is really up to your skills or what you want to do. The reviews we have with management actually play a role in the work you do (unlike in past companies) I find Blue really listens to their employees and takes action to try and correct anything that is of concern.

Cons

Sometimes the lines aren't clear in the sand in terms of responsibilities but I assume this will change as Blue is growing. Due to the large growing number of employees, infrastructure/facility is not always keeping up with the hiring pace which makes it difficult for the first few weeks for new hires but it eventually settles out.
