      Pros

      Huge focus on diversity, company culture, and passion for the mission. Walking in the doors you can feel the energy from the employees.

      Cons

      Some parts of the org have too large a focus on corporate style hierarchy which feels very counterproductive to the otherwise amazing culture

      Recent leadership (last 3-4 years) have really shifted the company, for the worse in my opinion Processes are in place, but don't work well

      Still a fairly young Aerospace company. Some of the most advanced technologies available in the world. State of the art testing facilities.

      Cons

      Severe lack of management transparency, and far too many rules and regulations which tend to slow down production and pace.
