Pros

Great Pay and some great people to work with. Engineering and program management is a great place for technicians to work. Has good hours and flexibility.

Cons

Lots of nepotism ISC (integrated supply chain) is terrible organization to work under There is no accountability for management Communication is terrible. It is like working for a bunch of fragmented tribes.

Pros

Folks are passionate about getting to space It's a very hands-on work environment Base salary and benefits gaps of the past have been largely corrected

Cons

If you're not passionate about space, and vehicle development to get there, then this is not likely the best place for you. Company is private, so corporate stock is not yet an incentive.
