Poor executive leadership that seemed to corner itself into an overall design and supply chain approach like traditional aerospace without having the constraints that required that approach.

If you come here with experience, you will gain little and only a few will listen to your input. Management is a joke, they have no decision making skills and are completely inexperienced. 25 -30 year olds straight out of college have no reason being managers, they are made managers solely based off of a college degree and who they are buddies with. This isn't in just one department, it is many across B.O. The reason we don't launch rockets like SpaceX, managers are to indecisive! Management doesn't even follow their own leadership principles that they set in place...the have the "Do as I say, not as I do" mentality.
