Pros

Pay is good just a good reference on your resume

Cons

Horrible management and leaders it started as a workforce that’s the best of the best, and has turned into hiring friends and family of employees. Is a toxic place environment You could have the most impressive resume for the position and they’ll still hire friends and family. A lot of favoritism. If you’re not on the favorite group you’re invisible. They keep piling management layers on and cut corners left and right while lying to Jeff about what is actually happening. They ask you to hide when Bezos is coming or visitor are coming because there are all day sitting down doing nothing. Blue is a disgrace to the spaceflight industry and is full of liars and back-stabbers who only care about themselves and not the vehicle and hardware.
