      Pros

      Great, great people below director levels. Brilliant engineers and designers, who are a joy to work with. Never worked with so many people that are great at what they do, passionate about it, are humble and you want to actually hang out with.

      Cons

      Management is so inept, everything is a burden, with mutually exclusive goals, weak plans that are undermined by spending 90% of your time on activities that are not part of your plan or directed by your manager. Every month there is "new" insight provided by the founder, delivered by a disorganized pile of managers that basically says "move fast, make decisions, take risk", with no practical means to do so.
