      Pros

      None at the time being.

      Cons

      Don t be fooled. You re dragged to a long and very demanding interview process for nothing. If you re good at what you do managers who work there for years won t let you move up. To go through them you have to play dumb and even then you might get nowhere. They are very powerful, their word counts above anything else so they can misconstruct as much as they wish. They are looking for people who won t take their jobs.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. There are plenty of very talented engineers, and most people are very enjoyable to work with. Don't have to worry about the company folding due to lack of funding.

      Cons

      Too slow. Too risk averse. Too set on building rockets with "high performance architectures", rather than building simple rockets that work, and then developing them incrementally. This approach has led to not much to show after 20 years as a company. Attrition through the roof. Senior leadership appears to not be vested in the success of the company.

      Senior leadership seems disconnected from the reality of the business goals, in particular technical approach to developing new products and staffing level.
