Pay was good, time off was good!

Cons

Ego driven, punk college kids stomp around with an attitude problem and little to no real world work experience. Spend frivolous money on non sense gadgets by the dork engineers, while there's no budget for the guys hired with experience to do the actual work.

-Changing the culture of Aerospace -huge diversity promotion -great parental leave - great benefits -great community culture -lots of areas to choose from to work

Cons

- no bonuses -terrible pay raises -terrible mentorship for new grads not in the rotation program -terrible upper management (though that's changing) -no central communication - ME org is over work and understaffed causing issues with timeline, burnout, and employee moral
