Pros
This is hands down the best place I've worked in my 10 year career. Full stop. The projects are incredibly interesting. Stuff you could only dream of working on Internal mobility is highly supported which is great. The people are awesome. So many smart and good folks to work with. The pay is really good
Cons
Jeff Bezos and senior managers might just ruin it all though. He can't help himself from making every problem more complicated and overengineered than it needs to be. And it causes projects to constantly restart and not get anywhere. His "science projects" bog down projects and cause never ending delays. When presented with a design, he tries to make it science fiction because he doesn't seem to have a good grasp on fundamental physics. And the employees are left constantly chasing their tail. Almost as large a problem is that senior management doesnt have the backbone to disagree with Jeff because they seem to be afraid to tell him anything bad. Blue is on the cusp of really gaining some momentum and doing amazing things, if the senior leaders and Jeff might screw it up.
