Pros

Space geek Nirvana. Growing fast, but with the resources to be successful. Very flat management structure. Good team environment. In Kent there is a nice break room/kitchen area for employees, and plenty of nice lunch spots in the neighborhood. Things are much more limited at the Texas site, but you do get to see, and hear, large rocket engines being tested.

Cons

It's hard work, the expectations are high, and the hours can be long. Some dogs just don't belong in an office. The benefits are no better that other tech companies I have worked for.

Pros

Compensation is enticing. Some of your colleagues are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Due to the company's forced distribution mandatory processes, most of your colleagues will be team players to your face, and then stab you in the back. The forced distribution process is not used as designed, but instead breeds favoritism and not truly performance based; is used by leadership to cover their butts.
