      Get to work on some pretty cool stuff You work with and learn a lot from some very intelligent people

      Pay is low relative to industry average Shifting priorities on a day-to-day basis. A lot of fire-fighting The company culture that made Blue a great place to work has mostly disappeared as the company has grown; while it still may exist on individual teams, it is not the norm

      Exciting projects (rocket manufacturing) Top pay Very talented co-workers Learned a lot and upped my skills while there

      Cons

      Layoffs, Thought it was a secure job till they decimated our department without warning. Short term penny pinching took over. I loved this company so much but after Limp came in, the culture changed and competing with your co-workers so you keep your job and they don't began. Leads to a lot of fear, and toxic work culture.
