      Pros

      Blue pays well and has good benefits. The insurance is really good. The office is very nice. Free lattes, nice fitness areas, and other small details are appreciated. You also get to work with pretty cool hardware and fancy production environments and tools.

      Cons

      The company is run by clowns. If you can go to work, do what you're told, and leave, then you'll be ok. But if you are someone who challenges bad decisions, it will be a constant fight. And you will lose. They keep demanding more and more hours worked and 5 days a week in the office with no additional pay. They don't care if it helps or if it makes sense. If you have literally nothing to do and no reason to come in, they don't care. Come in and act like you're working.

      cool project, hard working engineer

      Cons

      Only the Ladder climbers who does not care he/she hurts on the way up. No integrity, Blue has too many sr. manager to director level. Most of them are lack of technical background, moving lips, not respect employees, ambitious at any cost, Take credit from a whole group of hard working engineers. They also feel they are smarter since they can let people work for them without herself did anything.
