      The mission statement is a worthy goal

      Cons

      Non technical management who is unable to efficiently realize the mission goals if at all. Yelling and blaming, hiding project weaknesses, dishonesty and an overall lack of oversight. Poor moral.

      unprofessional and corrupt culture; inexperienced managers without proper knowledge mostly appointed based on relationships and not merit. psychologically unsafe. managers competing each other to show off their jobs to the executives. quality is not appreciated. You SHOULD be dishonest to be successful and get promoted.

      Pros

      Worked with some capable, fun, people. We overcame some overwhelming technical challenges. New Shepard continues to demonstrate the company's capabilities.

      Cons

      Senior leadership hired since 2015 has been disappointing. A number of managers, particularly the present CEO, feel they are the smartest people in the room. They squash contentious discussions. Those discussions are critical to taking informed risks and making good technical decisions. I personally witnessed bad news being squelched to avoid the inevitable conflict with the owner.
