      Pros

      If you can stay at you desk and act busy without causing attention, you can stay at Blue Origin for a long time. Long term employment if you are good at staying out if the way and acting busy.

      Cons

      If you try to help the company or accomplish anything, the people that do nothing will get mad and fire you. I witnessed lots of drug use by senior leaders and even reported it but was ignored. Bonuses are only for those in the clicks or circles, but

      Pros

      Working inside rockets, lots of responsibility.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility because teams are kept below minimum staffing, and weekend work and constant travel are unspoken requirements. Lack of cohesive vision and focus on building teams people want to be part of.
