      - Best place in the world for emerging technology development. - Extreme ownership opportunities. If you can make the case it needs to be done, you can make it happen and have an huge impact on processes and parts. - There is a never ending backlog so you will never be bored. You will always have an uncomfortable amount of work on the to do list. - The rank and file really are passionate about the work. It is really fun to be surrounded be people who are in their dream job.

      - Leadership has very lofty goals to speed up production and development but appears to have a poor understanding of what that requires. - Leadership does not understand that it is engineers that make things better. More technicians can only get products moving so fast; if the products have fundamental issues, which many do, it will take engineers to devise ways to fix them. - The company is trying to move fast by reducing rigor instead of moving faster by being better.
