Pros

Good people Great place to learn Christmas bonus Willing to train Fun job Discounted cable if you work enough hours

Cons

The only real issue I have working here is the low pay. There is also not a ton of room for advancement. Even the top jobs here don't seem to pay very well. With that said, other than the low pay, it's a very good place to work and employees are treated very well.

Pros

The people on the sports crew are great to work with. Everyone is always willing to help each other especially if you're the new guy. Older employees will take the time to teach you anything if you ask.

Cons

Sports crew is only part-time so everyone has at least one other job outside of the company. And there doesn't seem to be much upward mobility within the company.
