Pros

Good pay, bonus, smart people.

Cons

Management is the worst. They have no idea what they want to do. They are sucking up free John Deere money. You have to be drinking (etc) with management to go up the ladder.

Cons

Smaller company doing big things - requires adaptability and flexibility as things can change quickly. If you're not used to this pace, it may be a challenge at first

Cool vibe in the office. Nice foundational story. Good crew at the test farm. Good access to resources.

Cons

Lacking the really strong tech players needed to make progress. John Deere bureaucracy can be stifling. Purists have long gone and it's a pretty hacky environment.
