      Pros

      The leadership is top notch, they genuinely care about their employees and their families. They want you to succeed and provide the resources necessary to do that. The company keeps growing due to it's continued success. The culture is fantastic, employees are happy and successful so it's a win win. Work-Life balance is also important to leadership, and helps the employee focus on the important things outside of work. Best company I have worked for.

      Pros

      I love the efforts that leadership makes to truly care for its employees, the time that they take to train and help guide you towards growing with the company. We are all adults and as long as trust is built, you work hard you will always be rewarded, there is a lot of flexibility and they will truly dig and care about you as a person first.

      Cons

      If I had to mention something negative I'd say would be the benefits but I do consider them to be average since they are not a large corporation.

      Pros

      Great organization with heart and soul that continues to grow. There are career growth and development opportunities and you are well compensated for your efforts. Work hard, play hard type mentality with a ton of work life balance. No good deed or accomplishment goes un-noticed or un-appreciated. Once the trust is built, they will bend over backwards for you to ensure you are happy and taken care of. You won't find a better organization to work for!

      Cons

      Given the size of the organization, this isn't a con necessarily but the healthcare costs are a little higher than what a larger corporation can offer. However, they do pay for half of all medical benefits which is extremely generous for a small organization to do for it's employees.
