      Pros

      The company is small but is growing. There are some growing pains, which come with some frustrations, but overall, everyone in the company was very nice, helpful, and reachable. Learned a lot. Extremely flexible.

      Cons

      Office was very small and some employees seemed like they had more on their plates than others.

      Easy to communicate with management. Exposed to many different parts of the business.

      Small business so everything runs through one or two people. Slower response but shows a lot of promise for personal growth.
