Pros

Blue Sky is a company that truly cares about their employees. I was hired on new to the area and knowing nothing about pest control and Blue Sky welcomed me with open arms. I received training, support from management/coworkers, and was even able to be promoted after just being with a company for a little over the year. I am proud to say I am a Blue Sky Pest Control employee and can say that this one of the best companies around to work for.

Pros

Pay is good for the job, people you get to work with, Monday-Friday, easy easy job, team oriented.

Cons

No sick pay, they blend it with your PTO which is bare minimum. no maternity pay, this is not a good job if you happen to be a parent because there is 0 flexibility with scheduling sometimes expect you to work 9 hour days, and lack of employee appreciation.

Cons

I literally do not have any, problems are solved quickly and the opportunity to learn anything about the business and move up are available anytime.
