Pros

It's a great place to work at with a really good group of people to work with . Management is always very helpful to you as you work towards your goals and how you would like to advance in the company.Even if you don't have any experience the training they provide you with will help you succeed in your job.

Cons

Summer months can be hot working outside but the other 9 months are fine.

Pros

Great work environment. Very positive and reinforcing culture. Its a team of really good people. If you like taking care of people, it's very rewarding to serve the customers and help keep them protected. Blue Sky really takes care of their people. There are clear and specific goals that we are working towards as a team. I like the dashboard on each pay stub that shows how we're doing.

Cons

For our technician positions, the summers are hot, but the rest of the year it's great working outside.

Co workers, customers, Blue Sky grows every year by leaps and bowns. It's a great feeling to know that when you go to work the company backs you in every way.

Cons

To be honest I can't think of one thing negative about Blue Sky. I found a place to hang my hat.
