"We take pride in exceeding others expectations through a commitment to excellent service in a caring way." Blue Sky's mission statement goes beyond services for their customers. I started at Blue Sky a few years ago at an entry level position and have had the opportunity to grow in multiple capacities. They have been very flexible with my school schedule allowing me to maintain full time status to keep my health benefits for me and my family. I have made life long friends with many of my coworkers and enjoy getting up every morning to go to work.

Cons

It can be very hot during the summer time. You have to be smart with plenty of good fluids(water). The very busy time is when my kids are on summer vacation from school making it difficult for large summer family vacations but in turn Blue Sky is generous and flexible during the non-busy season.
