Pay, but that’s about it.

Cons

Company only cares about making money, does not care about their employees. Will/have threatened frivolous lawsuits on multiple employees, CEO is a loose cannon and swears/insults in emails to employees. Management is demeaning and manipulative. DON’T WORK HERE if you value yourself as a human being.

Decent pay, fsms are great to work for and with. Company van.

Cons

Company and upper management doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. Threaten lawsuits if things don’t go their way and treat employees like garbage cans. Don’t expect any time with family they’ll work you to depression.
