Great pay for techs. 4 day work week most of the time

Cons

At management levels you are required to wear too many different hats per say. You may be the training manager but you are also responsible for the field duties, the damage claim assessments, customer call backs, interviews, follow ups, and on the weekend Gm responsibilities. I am sure I am forgetting a few things. Also out of the 6 main offices we have it seems each office gets different information on what we should be doing. Oh and the pay at the upper levels is not good.

There are a lot of good people working there.

Cons

The owners work against managers.. No work life balance. Metrics are designed to make it next to impossible to earn the full bonus. Everything runs downhill and is ultimately the technicians fault.

Pros

Family atmosphere, great co-workers, and overall a fun and rewarding Company to work for. Full Benefits are also a plus.

Cons

Some days are longer. But the upside to that is some days are shorter! It all depends on you, and how motivated you are to finish your day. Work vehicle provided for technicians to take home, with gas card.
