      Competitive atmosphere. Monthly bonuses for management based on technician performance. Leadership is held accountable for failure as well as rewarded for performance.

      Can work long hours. High level expectations, you can't coast!

      I have been with the company for 9 years now. Great company with great benefits. Great atmosphere with family values. I have turned my job into a career and couldn't be happier.

      Winters can be cold working outside. Other then that no cons.

      Good people to work for, organized, opportunities to make extra money, Steady work, Advancement opportunities, every day is different, get to work outdoors and meet new people.

      Cons

      Outdoor work can be unpleaseant certain days (great on others!), unset hours of work, so you dont actually know what time you are done working for the day until your work is completed.
