In house training from the ground up. Paid hourly working 4 day schedule with incentives to win free items along with earning extra bonus checks due to sales. Opportunity to travel. Opportunity for overtime. Opportunity to get raises and work your way up. Very friendly staff to work with and get along with. Company provided vehicle and gas card. Company provides tools which you do have to buy on a reasonable payment plan after training.

Cons

In order to receive bonus checks there are goals that need to be met but they are reasonable goals. We work rain snow or shine.
