Pay can be nice if you like working extremely long hours and praying you meet all your metrics.

Cons

You have a set schedule and are probably working weekends and holidays. They changed their pay scale and it is almost impossible to hit any bonus metrics. That is the reason I left. If you don't sell enough, your job will be threatened. Every day is very stressful.
