Cons

Leadership is poor. Claim that they value people over bottom line. This is a lie. The only people that are valued are the people who worked together previously or are in personal relationships with the president. Leadership is condescending and everyone is too busy pointing fingers at each other and previous employees for issues that are caused by the current management. They claim to focus on accountability; however, management refuses to be accountable for anything.

Instructor staff (60) are mostly lazy UK people. They hate work, disrespectful when they are asked to do their job. Tantrums, etc. Can't be fired due to staffing needs. Nightmarish. Well-meaning management doesn't know how to manage people. They deal with symptoms (problems) one at a time instead of fixing the root of the problem (adherence to policy and actual accountability).
