Absolutely nothing good about this company, except bonuses for HQ team and the kindness and knowledge of the board members who previously owned the company.

Cons

This is a redo. Prior version was forced by management to stay in good with the boss. Unskilled leadership, lacking talent. Was a better company under previous ownership. Hires foreign nationals to avoid payroll tax and benefit expense, to acquire cheap labor. No evaluation process on either side. Nepotism galore. Not a good onboarding or off boarding experience. HR is vastly inefficient, lacking knowledge and not employee oriented.
