      Pros

      They are always hiring, so it's not hard to get a foot in the door and probably find a specialty you like.

      Cons

      BluePearl took over our privately owned business. They have never once asked the employees what they think of their direct management, which is terrible and mostly clueless. BluePearl needs to look at what employees really think. Benefits not great, particularly continuing education. The allowance will barely cover a small local meeting.
