Pros

Remote job opportunity Tech company

Cons

- incredibly poor management skills - 0 internal communication - don't pay any compensation after firing people for more than 5 years workers - no one knows their job well - extremely poor C-level management (employees, company finance etc) - fires people without saying anything - Chief Marketing Officer doesn't know anything about gaming and did not communicate any while firing process, has very very poor management skills - CEO has very poor management skills, changes ideas in each 15 days. And did not response any email while termination process - CFO doesn't empathize with any kind of employee situation (something like to try to talk with a wall) - impossible to receive any compensation fee if they fire you - Fired people just 2 days before the new year day (1st Jan) for not to pay year end bonus!!! and without saying any reason!!! - Absolutely I don't recommend this company to anyone. they cannot get their bonus or compensation money and can find themselves fired without any proper info or contact person...

Pros

Amazing community management and support staff team.

Cons

- Company doesn't know what they want to do and will regularly change plans on a whim regardless of community's opinion - Company will regularly spend large sums of funds to do "on-the-whim" projects which eventually shut down a few months after - Don't expect anything from management above marketing directors, they don't care. They operate on the opinion "this girl should be happy she even has a job" They Do better, we don't live in the 1970's anymore, its not a dictatorship where you treat your staff like they're worthless. The only time we heard from one of the C level staff after several months of staff's (I've been waiting 6 months) for raises was when they did an article to the world stating they laid off workers. Other than that, RADIO SILENCE. We recently were told that our jobs are secure and not to worry as the company planned ahead. Few weeks later, half of the workforce is fired. Several staff have been loyal for years at a time and would work stupendously to be woken up at the brink of day to be fired because the company was managed poorly and had no real direction.
