Pros

- Only one guy has ever left the company out of 50+ and that was because he was getting married - Great people - Tons of freedom in your job - Big vision - Fast growth - Interesting problems and products to work on - Few meetings - Everyone gets equity (and along) - Enormous respect for leadership

Cons

- Some teams are disparate across the world but we use Google Hangouts which works - Can be chaotic/tons of projects going on at once, most of which don't come to fruition

super low salary family company only likes Indians promises but doesn't deliver annual bonus is less than monthly salary
