Pros

BlueStacks wants to provide all the typical tech company perks to you, free lunches, semi-loose PTO policy, pool table at the office, etc. People are super nice

Cons

The pay is significantly lower than industry average. The product itself is constantly improving and attempting to innovate, but the management structure and the lack of talent makes it difficult to execute on anything.

Pros

Flexible, not a lot of office politics, offsite is awesome.

Cons

BlueStacks needs to look into the future. We can either be stumbling on something amazing or will miss the boat. If we want to grow it means putting effort in new users, monetisation, marketing, U.A and be able to fit in with the industry standards in order to be relevant, etc. Launching new projects, but not following through or putting the required effort into it.

Pros

Working at BlueStacks is great because you're a part of a dedicated team and everyone you work with is wonderful.

Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to coordinate all meetings because there are so many team members from other countries, but it ended up working out just fine.
